Spiritually Speaking

As you think of people or events throughout your day, practice sending love and light - good energy - their way. It is a way to connect to each other and to spread the love and light of God to other souls. There are many reasons you may think of others. Sometimes it may be just like sending a hug or a smile. It could be you both thought of each other at that instant, and this is your way to connect through your hearts. Or, it could be a call for assistance – you may have sensed through your intuitions that they need love and light to “light” their hearts, or help with a distressing situation in their lives.

Pay attention to events around the world that may suddenly “pop” into your awareness. Just know you can send love, positive thoughts, or prayers to assist in many world events. Your love and energy is most needed. Does it not bring you great joy to know you can make a big difference and yet be half way around the world?

This “grid” that so many have talked about is how we are all connected to God and each other. These are examples of how this works.

As souls are awakening, layers and layers of the veil - the feeling of separation from God - are coming off. This allows for a clearer or a deeper understanding in the perception of how life or events are unfolding. With so many coming to their awakening, there will be times that you may feel out of sync in the way situations, events, and thoughts are viewed or interpreted. How is it best to discern, trust, or know if it is an ego or a spiritually derived interpretation?

First, take a deep breath. Take the message, thought, or idea, and run it through your heart. How does it feel? How does it make you feel? Pay attention to the vibration in your heart – does it contract or expand? Take another deep breath. Then run it through your heart again. Does it make you feel empowered or does it make you question the idea, thought or suggestion?

Do this every time you question or wonder. Ask, “Is this for me to believe and embrace as truth?” Practice this often. Over time, with practice, you will learn to do this quite naturally. It will become you. It will resonate within you.

Even spiritual people will have different views of situations or events. Do not think if you do not agree that you are less spiritual. Just trust that your instincts are telling you something different. Your truth resonates in a different way for you. Trust it. Learn to follow it. Learn to run everything through your heart for discernment in all areas of your life.

Focus your attention on your heart. Release all negative attachments and energy and allow love to flow freely. Feel your heart open like a lotus flower - pedal by pedal - it blossoms into a beautiful flower. Feel the expansion, feel the love vibration as each pedal unfolds.

Follow these steps before you pray. When you feel your heart full - as if it will burst - send your love around the world. Magnifying the feeling adds even more power. Have no purpose or directive. Allow God to determine where the love is needed.

Do this daily. Events are taking place where the timing of your assistance is needed. This will help your earth, your planet beyond your hopes and dreams. It will help in ways unknown - behind the scenes - your loving thoughts and emotions filled with peace and compassion.

You will do this in service as a lightworker, service to assist others. May the light be with you to touch other hearts - other minds.
